I think the point made by the responders to BOTH women was that, not being
entirely - or at all - aware of what the questionerr's status was, telling
her to stop asking questions and go ride was unacountably rude, really, and
in fact might have been inappropriate, depending upon her experience. There
is never a point for an indivudal to think that they have no more to learn;
conversely, everyone has the right and the social obligation to be as well
versed as possible before stepping out into the public foray with one's
horse. IF Kat had said something liek that to me, I would have laughed,
because she is correct. In addition, I am interested also in any innovation
in dress or comfort margin that might be available, and I might not know
about it now, since we do have a myriad of other activities as a family. I am
sure I miss a lot of info because of it.
So guys, don't discourage asking questions. I hope this girl hasn't slinked
into a hole, afraid to come out.
