I'm considering buying a Sport Saddle. Pros? Cons? I know this has been

I tried out a friends Sport Saddle... It was comfortable to sit on, however,
the Stirrups were hung way out in front of you so I felt like I was sitting
in a chair instead of riding balanced over my horse... Did NOT like that at
all.... So, I passed it by...
