Well, after talking with my vet - it turns out that "white lotion" can
no longer be mixed and sold by veterinarians due to EPA regulations! As
Jim Mitchell pointed out, it has lead acetate (about 30%) and lead is
not permitted to be used.

Too bad, as it worked. But I guess the lead may cause other problems!
For scratches, my vet suggested saurkraut wraps. I'll try it next time.
