Tina,
Forty-four horses started the Old Dominion 50 and 29 completed.
Valerie and Cash were first to finish in a race to the wire, just
ahead of Ellen Tully and Ramegwa Bahrain (only get of Stagg Newman's
Drubin) in 6:52. Kathleen Crandell was third on the veteran endurance
stallion Bold Soldier (owned by Linda Crandell and sire of her good
horse LR Forgeym) in 7:12.

That's all I know at the moment, except for my riding buddy Barbara
Thomas and Wind Dancer finished 14th in their OD swan song -- they are
relocating to California (1,000 Oaks area) next month so ridecampers,
take good care of them!

No major mishaps on this ride -- treatment vets Jeanne Waldron and
Nancy Loving were spotted playing cards most of the day!
