100 mile winning time was 10:36 and all top ten was in within 45 minutes of
that.
1st place: Dwayne Brown on Flint
2nd: Ona Lawrence
Can't remember but 7th was Susie Morrill on Fyre
8th Becky Fiedler on Aurber (first 100, after several aborted trys)
9th Hanna Hollander on Nick
10th Ann Bartley Static (Dennis/Linda Tribby's horse- first 100)
2 pulls out of 29 starters
BC went to Ona Lawrence
my apologies for hashing up the spelling of names and not knowing horses.
Maybe someone else out there can do a better job.
Darla Weslake and RamZ won the 50, BC went to Terry Huff (3rd on Rabu)
One pull on the 50 with over 50 riders starting
Lou Hollander won the 25; Al Fiedler was 3rd and Bryce 4th (1st jr) I'm
especially proud of Al- he said he'd never ride and never crew a 100- he did
both this weekend and did them well. Bryce's horse finished with perfect vet
score, but then he was only carrying 80 pounds! Not many stayed for the
awards Sunday am and Heidi just awarded who was there. Since I was busy with
the 100, I wasn't as up on who's doing what. Next time I'll take notes...
