Just want to publicly thank the managers of the Black Hills Ride held
May 24 & 25!! Paschal Karl and his wife did a great job making sure all
the riders felt welcome and that the trails were well marked and safe.
There was lots of water in camp and it was all hauled in. When rain on
Sunday made some of the trails too muddy to be safe they rerouted the trails
on the roads. I really enjoyed the scenery and beautiful trails. If you have
never ridden in the Black Hills you should attend this ride. It is real horse
country. My 16 yr. old endurance horse went both days with no problems so the
trails were to his liking also. I'm looking forward to going back next year
or maybe even this fall to ride for fun. It was a long haul from Arkansas
but well worth it!!!
