The OTEHR problem is that there are TOO MANY stallions in the hands of
incompetent owners; that is to say, we are horrified by the number of people
who mismanage their male horses to the point of irritation to others and
downright danger to those around them. I can tell you some real horror
stories about stallions in the wrong hands.
