There is, if you have a hay manger, just put a bucket of water in the
hay manger and drive down the road.

You will find that most of the water ends up on the hay and not in the
horse, at which time you will discover why it is that there is no way for
a horse to have water available during a trailer ride.

(Me, I let the hay get wet..but mostly I stop to water the horse).
