Have you checked out Janice Young, DVM ?

She offers statewide sevice, I think she's in N.Pheonix.

She is a Veterinary Chiropracter A.V.C.A Certified, and an A.F.A.
Certified farrier.

Basically, her practice is limited to Equine Lameness and Therapeutic
shoeing. Everyone who has used her (that I know) has had great things
to say about her!
