Bob, I ride in a sport saddle and used a wool skito pad but was getting loin
rubs. I solved this problem by putting a sheepskin ( wool right on the hide)
next to the skin, then the skito (1" thick). No more problems. I use a
neoprene girth on all the horses with no problems. Hope this helps.
