<< Our old (22 years) Appie has bouts of slight lameness, a day or 2 to a

once or twice a year. He has developed lumps on both knees this winter
either from banging them on the heavy wooden manger or, I'm guessing, from
arthritis. Has anyone experience with adding apple cider vinegar to daily
feed? A somewhat creaky Quarter Horse I know has responded well to it.
Yes, I am going to have the vet check his knees etc., but that won't be for
a couple of weeks when the old boy and the Arabs all get their teeth
floated and meanwhile I thought I would try this instead of investing in
expensive veterinary substances.

Wow...does this really work!!! I should try it on ME!!! I have fed apple
cider vinegar for years in the grain....to make their sweat smell awful to
flies...they LOVE it!!!
