Now, Tina, you could be treading on very sensitive ground here. Let's hope
it's nothing more exotic than lion steak.

<< I'd be concerned about their hanging up over rough terrain, getting pulled
off. I used them on a tb I had that had no heels (thrown out on pasture
after the track and left until his feet looked like clown feet). Worked
great but I was very careful with him on the trail with them. >>
Keep those front angles up and you've less of a problem.

Ever have trouble trying to get your computer to do exactly what you
want it to. I have been following the discussion between Tom and Susan
on carbohydrate loading vs. a higher fat and low glycimic index diet.
It has interested me because I have tried high fat diet for my horses
several times and have recently gone to that type of diet for myself. I
came across an article written by Dr. Barry Sears, which I thought was
interesting and along the line of the ongoing discussion of the group.
I tried to post it to the list giving full credit to DR Sears and
listing the address from which it came,
http://www.enterthezone.com/article/. In my first attempt to post this
I forgot to convert it to plain test and it wasn't readable. I
corrected this and reposted it. From the replies it seems that people
have got the idea that I wrote it, this is not the case and I want to
clear it up. It was written by Barry Sears and if it interests you his
further writings can be checked out at the above website.
