But this sounds like gang warfare, doesn't it? Your gang against mine at the
next event? And your letter to me contained what I considered to be subtle
threats because I heard Liz's story and accepted it as ringing true.

I still have no doubt that Liz's description of what happened is certainly
true from her point of view. I thought it was bad business to let a customer
walk away feeling like that--and got your nasty 2-page letter. Hey, don't
tell me you don't make threats in private Email.
