We used the Easy Ride Manager software last year at our first ride.
According to the ride secretary it worked really well. Made life much
easier. It's well set up to do everything that has to be done. They
said they were still working on it to get some of the bugs out, but we
had no trouble after a couple of phone calls. It seems strange they're
difficult to reach now - I'd think they'd be really comfortable with the
product at this point.
