Thats funny since every time I got up from sitting down for about twenty
years that is just how my right knee sounded. Not lame, no pain but pow.
This was from an old - believe this or not - injury sustained pole
vaulting in high school. I ran college track with it. I play football and
basketball in high school with it so it seems that maybe a pow is not
always a cause for alarm. I played baseball every summer with it.

No what is funny is how closed a mind can be. One reason for this forum is
to discuss issues and learn from each other. In some cases this process
doesn't seem to make much sense.
