Prophylactic GAGs are a good idea in my mind. Think about the gigantic drug
store you kick into action as soon as you put your horse through some serious
exercise. As long as that exercise is strenuous enough, and not too
strenuous, then you're going to create a lot of changes, some of which
require nutritional support.
