A regular red ribbon (the kind you wrap gifts with) would do fine. Tie
it near the top of the tail. I would make it bigger then normal because
riders may come up on you fast and you do want them to see it before
they "tailgate". Maybe a bright flouresant orange/red plastic ribbon
would catch riders attention.
