Why?
The few that I have met (they are not terribly common in the
northeast) have been sturdy, sane horses. But so have most of the other
endurance horses I have met.
I think, like any breed, you can most likely find an individual
which can do what you want to do with them. But I don't think that being a
member of any breed confers automatic suitability for any given discipline.
