At the Witchdance ride I used a clay poultice after the ride instead of
using ice boots and was very pleased with it. I used a disposable surgical
glove to apply it - it went on easily, smelled good, and made Tony look like
he had four high whites :-). This stuff is meant to be applied and left
alone - no wraps over it.
He had no filling at all in the morning with the clay and two sessions of
hand walking before I went to bed. It came off easily once home with some
water and a sponge. With the ice boots I found that I would still see a
little filling in the morning after being in the pen all night - not so
with this stuff.
Of course I can't remember the name of it right now.....
