The Cherokee Challenge 15/30/50 mile endurance race is this weekend, March
22.
AERC/OCER/SWMAHA sanctioned.

It is held at Camp Gruber between Ft. Gibson and Tahlequah on OK Highway 62.

Ride Manager - Susan Young - Muskogee, OK - 918-683-0539.

Head vet - Dr. Steve Slusher

Camp is located 6 miles from Hiway 62- turn south at the Cherokee Wildlife
Management Area Sign (Zeb entrance) There is a Conoco station on the
southeast corner - you will go 2 miles on paved road, 4 miles on dirt. It's
about 20 minutes from the turn to camp. There is plenty of parking for big
rigs and lots of horse water.
