Pre-entering has some advantages.
I've been the Ride Secretary for our club going on 6 years. We put one 3
rides
a year. It's nice to know how many are coming when printing up the maps and
trail
descriptions, how many rider packets to make up. I put all the entries mailed
in
early into a binder, have them in alphabetical order, so when they come over
to sign in, I know right where they are. Of course there's always afew that
don't show, but it's no big deal. They usually don't send in a check anyway.
Pre-entering works well for us.
