This post was the deciding factor that I would never purchase any items from
you. Your business ethics are questionable if not infantile. Besides the
fact that there are many people on this list who think highly of Tommy, this
was probably all just a paper trail mix up. I think you just made a major
marketing mistake which will effect your business negatively. Get yourself
a customer service rep who has the maturity and cordiality to deal with
these types of situatations. The endurance net is not a forum for bitch
pitching, character slamming, and negative business ethics. Remember we are
all here to HELP on another and share valuable information.
