Yes, I was depressed for a few years about wanting to live in the
country and not being able to as our company needs to be near large
metropolitan areas to bring home the $$$.

We solved all that by moving to San Juan Capistrano. We don't have horse
property (although many do) but my horse is 1/4 mile away and I see
green hills and trees when I look out my windows. SJC is adjacent to
National Forest and there are many trails. I am a few miles from the
ocean, major shoppping, great restuarants, entertainment AND beautiful
trails, a mountain with almost 5000' elevation, waterfalls, camping,
lots of horses and cattle ranches with rolling hills. IMOH, I live in
PARADISE!

Any other endurance riders or "wanna be's" in SJC???
