I have received E-Mail from Mr. Larry Suddjian"re"No Hands Bridge.
There was no mention that the passage of this Legislation to quote "Save No
Hands".
The Bill also states "Clearly" that "No Future Use or Designation shall
preclude the building of "The Auburn Dam" which mean that approval of this
Bill would wipe-out the protection it will be eligible to receive on it's
50th.
I suggest that endorsements of the proposed Bill include the Retention of
it's Historical Preservation Status Remain.
This suggestion, will provide that the trails 43 plus miles, the AMERICAN
RIVER and No Hands Bridge "will" SURVIVE any proposed "DAMM". Steven Proe ,
