With my current work schedule, I need help in conditioning my mare for
endurance. Last week-end I was introduced
to a young woman, college student, who is very interested in riding my mare
twice a week. I am going to spend
time with her this week-end. There would be no money involved, but if I
decide to go ahead with this, I'd like
to present her with a one page agreement to sign. Obvious topics would be
that if she falls and injures herself, she
won't sue me; if she causes injuries/damages to someone else, she is
responsible, not me. She never rides
without a helmet. Does anyone in this group have such a form already done
that they could post or email to
