The Eastern Competitive Trail Ride Association (ECTRA), Annual Meeting,
Awards Dinner, Fourm and Clinics will be held at The Inn at Reading,
Reading, PA on March 7, 8 and 9, 1997.

Friday: Registration, Trade Show 4:00pm to 11:00pm.
BOD Meeting 8:30pm.

Saturday: Trade Show 8:00am to 11:00pm.
Event Managers Forum -8:30am -10:30am presented by Judy
Cottrell - moderated by Gloria Fawcett. Topics: Promotion,
Finances, Volunteers, Trails, Resolving Disputes and Logistics.
Judging Clinic -10:45am - 12:15pm presented by Dr Meg Sleeper.
Annual Meeting - 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Dinner and Awards - 7:00pm - MC Jack Weber

Sunday: Trade Show 8:00am - 5:00pm
Clinic -8:30am - Dr Elizabeth Hammer, DVM - What a equine
referal center has to offer the performance horse.
