The sport of racing arabian horses already exists in this coutry. The
organization that regulates it is the arabian jockey club. This is the
appropriate organization to regulate any distance, with the experience and
regualtions to deal with all aspects of liscesing horses, trainers,
veterinairans and competitions. AERC should stay completely out of the racing
business.
