competitive rides and a few endurance rides, and I'm hooked on the endurance.
I have two questions. First: I'm feeding my Rushcreek gelding whole corn and
oats. Does this diet provide him with enough energy for a 50 miler?
Second: what's the best electrolyte and when does he need them?
