Joyce, YES YES YES on the yoga! Not only does yoga help you lengthen the
muscle, it's incredible for strengthening your entire body and mind, and
improving your posture. You can also get taller - I have been 5'6"
since my teens and now at 41 I have *grown* to 5' 6 1/2" after only 2
years of yoga!
Also agree with "ride to get riding muscles" - wish I had more time!
