I remember reading that some people on the list have had back injuries
that prevented you from riding for a while.
I am recuperating from one. Xrays showed nothing, but the upper right
quarter of my back goes numb. Somedays it's very bad, other days not so
bad. I'm having physical therapy, but it's slow going.
Any recommendations on how to return to riding without reinjuring my
back?
