Care Taker Needed/room for horses

Our home will be vacant from 12/20/96 to mid April '97 and we need a
responsible person or couple to stay and watch over the property in
return for a room rental fee. Our 4 horses will be pastured elsewhere,
so the barn could be used to stable a well behaved guest or we could
leave a horse or two. During this time construction activities will
occur in a detached garage and possibly the lower floor of our home.
Our home is situated in the Big Basin Park area of the Santa Cruz
Mountains. We have trail access at our barn door to 35,000 acres of
trail. Often January and February is excellent weather for riding.
All applicants must have excellent references, both credit and
personal. The house will be vacated as is, furnished with appliances.
