Tina, I'm in the middle of reading some articles by Rob Lyden, a friend out
here who works as a consultant for Nike. They're all about work/recovery
cycles in human marathoners and sprinters. Very complicated--micro-,mini-,
meso-, macro-cycles--a plan for a marathoner's entire career. As I read, I
expect some good kernals of Truth to emerge. Once I understand it, I'll post.
