What about the NATRC's rules are odd or difficult to comply with? If they
are CTR governed by the other organization you mentioned, how do they differ
from LD rides. I guess I've always been under the impression that LD rides
were gruelling for everyone involved. I don't know anything about taking
pulses or conditioning. I mean I know how to do it, but I don't know how to
gage where I am and how well I'm doing.
