I'm sure that most members of the list have glanced at this flame war
and have been repulsed. To the extent that my "hard questions" were
perceived as hostile or even gratuitous nationalistic jabs, I sincerely
apologize. That was never my intent.
The net is still young and is still finding its feet. My warning not to
trust too freely was also an invitation to AkhalTeke@aol.com to be more
sensitive and provide assuring detail. Perhaps, as has been suggested,
there is a cultural difference operating vis a vis the way we express
misgivings.
