[endurance] Delivery report for message xxx

I've been getting a lot of "Delivery report for message xxx".
Some one on CompuServe doesn't check their mail box very often.
Is there some way that the endurance server can screen these
messages?

I have also seen several people re-post because they got the message.
So every one on the list gets the post twice, including the guy/gal
with the full mail box.
