Hi!
I've not seen an actual locking saddle rack for western saddles,
but...if you have something solid in the tack room that they couldn't take
off the wall(ie. a metal bar or something permanent)than (maybe) you could
thread a bicycle chain through the pommel and the bar. That would lock it
there and you could put a sheepskin on the plastic tubing. Bicycle chains
aren't the strongest, but it might just be enough and you can get them in
different lengths. Hope this gives you some ideas. Again this is only a
thought(I don't have this particular problem-thank goodness).
