Several years ago we had a tornado where I boarded my horses, in Ontario,
Calif--most unusual. It struck the anchored Porta-Stall shed-row barn
which was owned by our handicapped riding program. The twister took 5
stalls up and over the horses and crashed it down into the pasture behind
the barn. The other 5 stalls, kitchen and tack room were protected by the
round pen in front.

There were no injuries to the horses, though the ranch hands that witnessed
the event said it was "brown pants day" for sure. And our insurance
covered replacement of the 5 stalls.
