Hi - the AERC handbook is on the endurance homepage, a great source
of information for beginners (http://www.endurance.net - follow AERC links).
Plus there are lots of good books on the market for beginners and beyond.
If you can find some rides and riders in your area, you can also learn
a lot by helping out. I'm forwarding your message to the online endurance
group (endurance@moscow.com)- you'll probably hear from the members in
your area. Good luck!
