First thing your friend needs to do is find a GOOD
farrier, one that will work with a GOOD trainer. There
are a few rope tricks that will teach your friends
horse to stand still for shoes everytime. Your DVM
will also have a few tricks up his sleeve. If you use
your DVM first without the trainer you will always have
problems
