In warm weather a light weight GoreTex jacket works very well. Nylon
riding tights don't absorb water so unless it is cold you don't need
anything on your legs. To keep my socks and shoes dry I wear GroeTex cross
country skiing gators. They work very well. I have ridden this type of
rain gear in temps ranging from 50 to 80 and it seems to work well.
