[endurance] Riding apparel

Many of you probably have waxed cotton coats for riding. I have one from
Woolrich that has lost its water repellency. Has anyone come up with a
way to restore water repellency to that type of material? My Australian
drover coat has not succumbed as yet, but I don't wear it as often as the
other.
