I have what I consider to be the greatest thing since sliced bread! I
bought two electric water buckets with all of the electric parts
contained so the horses won't play with the wiring. They stayed clear
and warm even in -15 temps. (this is not even the wind chill). The two
buckets nest one inside of the other. There is heat tape with a
thermostat on the inner bucket. The cord exits the bucket in metal
conduit so the horses never get to the current, nor does the current get
to the water. I can't tell you how much i love them and I'm usually not
