I too ride in regular english stirrups & had the toes falling asleep
problem. I took some neoprene that my husand uses at work for pipe
insulation, and just cut a piece to the width of my stirrups. Then I
duct taped it to the stirrup. Makes a wonderful cushion, and no more
toes asleep. Many people recomended the flexride stirrups to me, but I
can't afford the $60 for them.
