Instead of Natural Glo you might want to try ABC's product called Energy.
The Energy contains a good source of rice bran plus Omega 3 which is also a
good fat source. In fact, the Energy contains a WIDE spectrum of
pre-digested amino acids and fats. We call Energy our "calorie pack". I use
it on Jer, since he does have a hard time maintaining weight in training. If
