Hi - I just wanted to let all of you know that AERC is not officially
involved in this forum in any way. There are several AERC board members
on-line but AERC does not officially endorse any of the information
that circulates through endurance@moscow.com. The same applies for
information to be found on the homepage - AERC consented to re-prints
of their publications (handbook,rulebook) but should not be held
accountable for any misinformation due to typos. Nor should AERC be held
liable or accountable for any incorrect information regarding
AERC sanctioned rides. The office in Auburn, CA has had calls regarding
information that was 'heard' over the net, and this has raised an
understandable concern over how to how to deal with net-generated
rumours.
