Hi Karen, up here in the frozen North (NY state) the sell these little ear
muffs for your helmet, all they are is a round piece of furry material with a
backing on them and 2 thin strips of velcro to hold them on the harness of
your helmet. THey sell them at our local tack shop for $4.25 plus tax, if
you want I could mail you a pair.

THe other thing you could do with your helmet is wear a hooded sweatshirt otr
jacket and put it over your helmet ot wear your earmuffs over it.

I saw in a catalog I got in the mail Electric duck boots with two heat
settings the heat coil is encased in the sole of the bottom of the boot liner
they were $95.00 maybe Santa will bring them for me.

The one thing I don't want to ride with out is a polar fleece neck gaiter its
like a turtle neck with out the shirt, its tight and i pull it up over my
chin and it keeps that warm and keeps the wind out of my jacket.

I've seen in one of the catalogs a 3/4 sheet that wraps around you legs and
goes over the horse's butt its made out of polar fleece.

My friends swear by their outback coats.

Hope this helps some.

Happy Trails
