In response to Karen's question about keeping your ears warm
while wearing a helmet.
You can buy earmuffs especially to wear under a helmet.
They hook onto the harness of the helmet. I have a Lexington
and they work well with that. Keeps my ears really warm.
When I ride in the cold here in Wisconsin I don"t ride for
a long time or get my horse sweaty. Just walk with alittle
trot or canter in the middle of the ride so that the horse
is dry when we get home.
