[endurance] NATRC region IV 1996 ride schedule, & IAHA sire question

There has been some minor ride, and date changes for NATRC region 4 for
1996. they are now finalized and posted under "events" at
http://www.txranger.com.

If there are any other regions that would like to post their schedule, or
special events, send too this email address.

There is also a map showing the different regions of NATRC which can be
found at this same address unde " associations".

Is their any interest in having the 1996 IAHA nominated sire list on line?
If we get a good response on this question we will post it.
