I called Dr. Kerry Ridgway regarding the Aussie Log Book system to see
what his perspective was as a vet that has worked rides using both
the Log and Card systems.

He says that the logs don't create more work or slow the vets down.
And he personally feels that the Aussie Log Book is really a very
good system, from the perspective of a vet _and_ rider, and adds
that they don't place a burden on the ride managers.

Just a data point!
