A friend and I have been discussing her future purchase of a new saddle. We
have become addicted to the sport of endurance and are continually researching
the latest in saddles and tack equipment. We have reams of brochures on
saddles but the question that goes unanswered is which saddles have been tried
and tested by the endurance world. Recently we have been discussing the
SYNERGIST ENGLISH MODEL by John DiPeitra and the ZES TRUE RIDER saddles. Our co
ncerns are:
- Do these saddles utilize tree designs and sizes that are capable of fitting
the typical arab?
- Is there sufficient weight bearing area to support the riders weight while
providing comfort for the horse?
- Are these saddles designed to provide the rider with proper leg
position and balance?
- Are the materials and workmanship good quality?
- Do these saddles generally require sum sort of custom padding to provide
proper fit?
- Does anyone use these saddles and if so what problems, if any did you
encounter?
- What kind of customer service can one expect from these makers?
If anybody out there has any comments or other observations concerning these
saddles your comments would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
